Motor Vehicle Offenses and Citations

Failure to Stop/Running Light

A driver facing a steady circular red signal shall stop as described above and shall remain stopped until a steady circular green signal or an indication to proceed is shown. Operating a Motor Vehicle without a License

Illegal Window Tints

Driving Under the Influence

Reckless Driving
Time Fine Points on License 20 $400.00 2 Reckless Driving No person shall drive a vehicle with a wanton disregard for the safety of persons, or in such a way that destroys public or private infrastructure. Misdemenor A

Evading
Time Fine Points on License 15 $300.00 2 Evading No person shall operate a motor vehicle with the intent to evade, wilfully flee, or otherwise attempt to elude a pursuing peace officer's vehicle. Misdemenor A

Reckless Evading
Time Fine Points on License 30 $550.00 3 Reckless Evading No person shall operate a motor vehicle in a reckless manner with the intent to evade, willfully flee, or otherwise attempt to elude a pursuing peace officer's vehicle. Unauthorized Use of an Off-Road Vehicle

Assault & Battery
Time Fine Points on License 10 $350.00 Assault & Battery No person shall willfully and unlawfully attempt with force or violence to cause physical harm to another or administer any unwanted force or violence upon the person of another. Misdemenor A

Human Trafficking
Time Parole Fine Points on License 40 80 $2000.00 Human Trafficking No person shall engage in the deprivation or violation of another individual through kidnapping or imprisonment, with the intent to obtain labor or services from that individual through force or coercion, or with the intent to sell that individual to another. Felony B

Criminal Threats
Time Fine Points on License 15 $500.00 Criminal Threats No person shall willfully threaten unequivocally, unconditionally, immediately, or specifically to commit a crime which will result in death or great bodily harm to another person, with or without intent that the threat be carried out. Kidnapping

Attempted Murder of a Government Employee

Weapons Trafficking
Time Fine Points on License - $0.00 Weapons Trafficking No person shall sell, lease, transfer, or distribute firearms to any other person or business unless that person has been issued a license or is otherwise operating on behalf of the Government of the State of San Andreas. As a prerequisite for this charge, the sale, lease, transfer, or distribution of three (3) or more firearms in a seven (7) day period must be proven, or six (6) or more firearms in a sixty (60) day period must be proven. Criminal Possession of a Rifle

Time Fine Points on License 10 $250.00 Illegal Distilling No person shall produce, manufacture, or distill any alcoholic beverage without first obtaining the proper alcohol certifications and/or licensure for their person or business. Misdemeanor B

Disturbing The Peace
Time Fine Points on License 10 $200.00 Disturbing The Peace No person shall unlawfully fight in a public place or challenge another person in a public place to fight. No person shall maliciously and willfully disturb another person by loud and unreasonable noise. Misdemeanor B

Trespassing
Time Fine Points on License 10 $325.00 Trespassing No person shall enter or remain upon any lands or properties owned by any other person without lawful reason or permission of the owner, an agent of the owner, or legal occupant. A formal trespass notice is not required except as to otherwise publicly accessible areas. Misdemeanor A

Littering
