Shinkai "D-VAL" Sute is a character played by Momo.

Shinkai Sute, commonly referred to as D-VAL, is a member of the Red Right Hand and the Owner of D-VAL Customs & Clubroom. She is also a Signed Artist for Redlist Records.
Physical Description[]
Shinkai Sute is in her early twenties and has an Eastern-Asian accent. She has black hair and wears black eye contactS when performing as her "D-VAL" persona. She is usually seen wearing red outfits and red-tinted glasses. She has several Eastern Asian-inspired tattoos across her body.
Background Information[]
Growing up in Tokyo, Japan, Shinkai Sute's love for cars and the culture surrounding them started when she would watch her father's "underground scenes". She would go on to do art at the events for fun, but her father recognized her skill as an artist and saw profit in getting her more involved in the events. So, she would go on to do art for the cars in the event as well. She would later become integral in her father's shady dealings, hosting events to distract guests from noticing anything suspicious. During these events, she got in to music and developed her "D-VAL" persona.
However, things got too hot for the underground scene in Tokyo, resulting in her taking the fall for someone in the Family. She had to flee Japan, so she escaped to Mexico.
There in Mexico she met Tito Tinker, whom she also met briefly in Japan. She tried starting the same underground scene as she did in Japan, but eventually that got too hot as well. Both she and Tinker escaped to Los Santos.
She was going to start the same cycle again with the underground scene, but this time as a more matured person and perceived these underground events as less as a lifestyle, but as a passion.

Being close friends from their time in Mexico, D-VAL and TT are usually not seen far from each other.
K1NG[]
Not much is known about their relationship. In their early life, D-VAL and K1NG went to school together in Japan.
