Background Information[]
Rodney Atkins was a true-blue police officer straight from the heart of the Midwest. This guy was the real deal – salt of the earth, But what really set him apart was that mullet he'd been rocking since he was a toddler. One day, he woke up at the age of 3 he swears he heard a voice, like some divine message, telling him his mullet was his ticket to a higher purpose: protecting and serving his community. You won't believe Rodney's backstory.
Before he was keeping the streets safe, he was burning rubber on the racetracks. Yep, he was a NASCAR champ, twice over. Turns out he was wicked good at making left turns. But life took a U-turn on him when his wife left. That's when he remembered that voice from his childhood, reminding him of his calling. So, he traded his racecar for a police cruiser.
