Phoebe Clarke (born October 31st 1999) is a 25 year old woman. She is currently serving a life sentence at Bolingbroke Penitentiary.
Background []
Before Phoebe was sentenced to life in Prison she was born and raised into a closed commune and spent most of her life confined from the outside world. Her Father was the leader of a cult she was born into along with her mother and knowing no different her life seemed "normal". That was until her mother scooped her up one night after her sixth birthday and tried to escape with her. Unfortunately for Phoebe's mother they were both caught and ultimately punished for their "crimes". Her Father shot her mother in the head in front of Phoebe for betraying the communes trust and he told Phoebe this is a "lesson" she needs to learn from. Witnessing this spurred something in Phoebe and she spent most of her teenage years trying to rebel against the cult she was born into.
Because of this her Father would often lock her in a small dark room for days with nothing but books to help the days pass by. She became shy and reserved and found it increasingly difficult to trust people. Unbeknownst to her Father, she spent most of her time studying the books she was left with and started plotting a way to escape the compound, finishing what her Mother tried to start all those years ago. She would often think back to the night her Mother was murdered in front of her and would use this to drive her motivation to escape. She started manipulating other cult followers for her own personal gain and started stock piling various resources for her future escape plan.
After gathering what she could and all the studying she had completed Phoebe managed to create a makeshift remote bomb, planting it in her Fathers study in the middle of the compound. During the night of her 22nd Birthday she managed to escape after being chased by a few of her Fathers followers and blew the compound up, killing everyone in it. When Police arrived on scene they found Phoebe staring with no expression into the ashes of where she once lived. She confessed to everything, telling the Police her motive and why she did what she did and was sentenced to life in Bronzefield prison.
After her first year in Prison it was decided by the UKs DOJ that Phoebe was too dangerous to stay in her current prison and instead be transferred to Bolingbroke Penitentiary where she will remain for the rest of her days. Phoebe was transferred into Bolingbroke Penitentiary on November 1st 2024.

- Finds it difficult to trust people but allows close friends to call her "Bee".
- Has a "Tree of life" tattoo that was forced upon her by her Father & cult followers when she was 16. She keeps it as a reminder of where she came from and how far she's come since then.
- Her favourite colour is Yellow.
- Has a faint facial scar from a punishment she received when she was younger.
- Pretends to be shy and uses this to her advantage. She often tries to lie and gaslight people.
