- July 5th
- The four founders agree to form a Club together and rob ATMs and cars.
- July 13th
- The name "Osiris" is agreed upon
- July 25th
- The club is officially accepted as a Motor club by the other MCs [1]
- August 6th
- Winston and Gemma are shot by Vern due to him disagreeing with their reasoning behind removing Finn Lay from the club and shooting her.
- August 17th
- Winston, Gemma, Fey, and Simon along with other groups attempted to intercept a prison transport. Shang Liu along with four other prisoners were transported from LSIA to Bolingbroke penitentiary. Winston and Gemma made it into the prison but were both shot down. Luckily, both Shang and Winston were able to crawl their way to safety. Shang was picked up by the Lost MC and Winston was picked up by the miraculous timing of Jenny and Sal. Gemma was released from police custody with possible pending charges. Winston, along with other OMC members were able to negotiate for Shang’s safe return to them.
- August 22nd
- Winston, Gemma, Izzy, and Thomas kidnap Lilith Huron and stab her. They decided to target her due to Vern trying to attack Kiki to get at Osiris MC.
- August 29th
- September 07th
- Gemma after spending several days on the run in multiple disguises is captured for her warrant for invading the prison. Both Winston and Kenny shot to protect her from being apprehended and several others kept lookout.
- September 10th
- Gemma after days of trying to get a bail hearing finally, manages to get one. Many people, including several Osiris MC members, give testimony to Gemma’s positive influence on them and the community of Paleto. The judge agrees to give her bail as long as she agrees to the terms, which she does.
- ↳She stays out of Grapeseed
- ↳She gets into contact with a DoC everyday
- ↳She must only have one phone
- ↳She can not be in contact with any victims, witnesses, or other suspects
- ↳She must also do two hours of community service which consisted of driving a city bus
- Following Gemma’s bail hearing Izzy pulls out a gun and shoots Kenny. She claims he cheated on her despite his belief they were not in a relationship. Due to her shooting in the courthouse the cops preceded to shoot her down.
- September 14th
- The official kuttes arrived in Paleto and Gemma handed one out to each prospect and patched member. Over the course of the day two meetings were had to get everyone sworn into the club and have the blood of the three leaders spread on their kutte.

- Jason "JT" Tyrell is invited into the Club as a Patched member
- July 13th
- August 4th
- Finn Lay is blooded out by Winston Walker and Gemma Knight's executive decision [4]
- August 6th
- Kenny Rickett and Simon Peterson anre invited into the Club as Prospects [5]
- August 14th
- Salvatore Valcastro, Paisley Scott, and Thomas Dwayne are invited into the Club as Prospects [6]
- August 27th
- Aaron Shen, Ezekiel “Zeke” Fletcher, and Indigo Jones are invited into the Club as Prospects [7]
