Nate Anderson was born on December 7th, 2004 in Los Santos at Eclipse Hospital. not much is known about his childhood due to him recovering from his 8 years in the bunker.
On his 12th birthday, Nate and his parents went to the top of Mt. Chiliad to go skiing with his friends. A state announcement went off saying that there’s a nuclear bomb coming the state's way 15 mins after Nate and his parents met up with their friends. His dad decided to get them onto the jet skis and tell them to go. 5 mins later, they finally reach the ground a couple of blocks away from the bunker and begin running to the bunker. As the bombs were 10 mins out, Bunker 99 Guards failed to hold off a horde of desperate citizens seeking underground shelter, knowing they wouldn’t survive on the surface. Hesitantly, the gates were opened under pressure from a few good-willed Elite ticket holders. Some of his friends and family’s friends managed to get into Bunker 99 just before the nuclear bomb went off. that bunker was rumored to be constructed in 1942 after the Japanese attack at Pearl Harbor.
On his 16th birthday, The Elites give him a golf cart and told him to rip it. 30 or so seconds later, he ran over one of the Savage and killing them instantly. After some of The Elites investigated what happened, they bring Nate up to The Higher Ups' Office to determined what to do with Nate. The Higher Ups decided to not kill him but to be put in a cage for 5 years with 2 robotic guards protecting it and allow him to have a date and time display screen and food every 7 days.
