Maksim Volkov is an Auto Mechanic and the Owner of TurboMax. He is a Signed Artist with Redlist Records and is affiliated with the members of the Red Right Hand.
Physical Description[]
Maksim Volkov is in his late twenties and is of fair complexion. He has his hair tied up into a knot and dyed white. He has a several tattoos that cover his body, one is of a cross on his forehead. He wears diamond earrings and usually wears a cross necklace.
Background Information[]
Having been raised in Vladivostok, Russia, Maksim Volkov found himself in a life of crime. He was involved in a criminal operation ran by K1NG to illegally smuggle in contraband through European car imports and JDM cars from the ports with his friends, Vincent Calitri and Sean Tinker.
Due to an unfortunate series of events in the Philippines with Vincent, Maksim was arrested and sent to prison, and K1NG sent Russian and Japanese gangs to hunt him down for debts unpaid. During Maksim's time in prison, he turned to praying and got prison tattoos, such as a cross on his forehead.
After leaving prison, K1NG sent Maksim to San Andreas to repay his debts. As Maksim only knew how to run a mechanic shop, he seeks new opportunities for his "dream" of opening up a mechanic shop, Maksim began his new life.
