Kyle Pred is a Senior Officer for the Los Santos Police Department, Badge #W-11. He is also a Senior Detective for the Criminal Investigations Division.

Background Information[]
Pred formerly worked, for over a decade, as a police officer for the Baltimore City Police Department (BCPD). He spent the first part of his career as a patrol cop, working the streets of Baltimore. He was later promoted to a Detective Sergeant position, and spent the last four years of his time with the BCPD solving cases.
Pred's higher-ups at the BCPD decided to transfer him out of the department as "some stuff happened" and he needed to "lay low". Luckily, around the same time, he received a letter of recommendation from Department of Public Safety Director Bob Smith, who was asking for his assistance in establishing the Los Santos Sheriff's Department, in the newly opened state of San Andreas.
