Glenn "Slim" Armstrong Jr. is the OG (Leader) of the East Side Ballas. Although his legal name is Glenn, he prefers to be referred to as "Slim" (Not Glenn)
On the 06/26/24 Slim, Giovanni Gambino, Leonard Washington and Cowboy, disguised as Inspectors, held Doctors and Police Officers as hostages in the Pharmacy as a bid to get Fentanyl from Mt. Zonah Medical Center. After successfully receiving the Fentanyl, all 4 proceeded to head back down to the ground floor with the hostages in tow. Slim and Gio, headed down to the underground parking lot with two officers as hostages. They were met by other members of PD blocking the exit to the parking lot. After hearing a shot coming from upstairs, both Gio and Slim was shot in the head ending the standoff. Whilst in the cells of Vespucci PD, talking with J.R. Nixon about his potential charges Slim suffered a heart attack. Doctors did their best to try and resuscitate Slim back but to no avail.
