General Information[]
Fletcher Cobalt is a frugal man who came to Los Santos with a mission. He came to establish a bank under his name and as soon as he arrived he started networking connections to reach his goals. He eventually established a system in which people who wished to become members of his Cobalt Bank could invest money now with a minimum of $100 based on a tier system going from 100-500-1000. During this time, he talked about legalities with two lawyers who began drafting membership contracts, loan contracts, and a business proposal. He hired on 2 employees and was assisted by various people with various connections.
