Bertrand Prescott was a character played by Purpose2.
General Information[]
Bertrand Prescott was a Justice for the Department of Justice.
Before even having any MDW picture or any licenses given in San Andreas, Prescott was hired by Supreme Justice Ray Montag on April 6th as a Judge. His pitch to Montag was based upon the recent passing of the late Justice Archibald Lambda leaving a need for another Judge in the vacant early-hour time slot. Prescott also cited experience as a Prosecutor and on the Bench as well as how he has survived through many instances of bodily harm including being shot, a resilience that former Justice Lambda never had.
Physical Description[]
Bertrand has light brown hair styled in a mullet, a short beard and large moustache, and wears glasses.
Background Information[]
Bertrand has prior experience as a Prosecutor and as a Judge, and his interests lie more on the Criminal side of proceedings than Civil but ultimately doesn't mind. He is very proudly not classically trained.
