Arne Eagle grew up in Norway and was raised by his mom, Anne Eagle.
Arne Eagle's previous education is somewhat unknown but more and more is revealed as people keep asking about his past. He has worked as a Game Warden for the Park Rangers in Norway for 2 years prior to moving to Los Santos.
The move to Los Santos was initially due to Arne Eagle receiving money allocated to plane tickets from his mothers will, Anne Eagle, When she passed to go find his father in Los Santos.
Upon Arrival in Los Santos Arne had one name to go by that was "Ragnar Hammer" and he quickly learned that someone with that name worked at Burgershot.
Arne Eagle made his way up to Burgershot and encountered the person in question and after a long day it was determined with a DNA test that it was indeed his father, Ragnar Hammer.
A few days later Arne receive news from Norway that his thought-to-be-dead mother is alive and is arrested for a child kidnapping dating 20 years back in time and it is later revealed that Arne Eagle was the child kidnapped.
Faced with this information Arne Eagle has gone from having A mom and no father to having A father and no mom.
His biological mom is currently not known.
